We brought his dream to life on a stunning Brisbane City rooftop, reminiscent of the glamorous New York skyline. This setting could also be replicated on a hotel balcony or at a private Airbnb, offering flexibility for those seeking a similar experience.
The rooftop proposal space was transformed into a floral haven, with an abundance of fresh flowers adorning our chic arch plinth stands, designed to perfectly frame the special moment. With classic shades of ivory and white flowers, creating a timeless and romantic atmosphere.
The result was a dreamy, luxurious setting that took the couple’s breath away.

Under the guise of meeting a couple of friends for lunch at a stylish restaurant, the couple arrived and as organised to cue the venue, they said they were there for the booking in their friends’ name.
On cue, they were escorted to their table following their host who guided them past other diners to ‘be seated’, directed them upstairs.
I (Cara) was discreetly hiding on the reverse side of the door, and on being advised they had arrived, then spotting them walking up making their way to the terrace, I was able to provide a ‘grand entrance’ arrival, which is when on cue the door appears to swing open at the perfect time, so the couple can effortlessly walk on through.
The couple gasped in happiness, as they saw and made their way to the setting (and I discreetly crept out of the space, giving them their privacy).
The romantic proposal setting included our chic arch plinths adorned with fresh flower arrangements in classic shades of ivory and white, surrounded by lanterns, beautiful white roses and a ‘will you marry me’ neon sign.
As they reached the setting, our client got down on one knee in this intimate and beautifully decorated space. Surrounded by the gorgeous scent of fresh blooms and the New York style backdrop, he revealed the beautiful sparkly engagement ring and proceeded to ask the most special question.
Needless to say, she said “Yes!”
Our client knew he wanted a Photographer present and arranged for his friend Eddy from Ye Media to capture all the special moments. The venue brought them the very special champagne that the client had carefully pre-selected, and they celebrated privately over fine champagne while their Photographer captured all their newly engaged emotions.
This memorable proposal didn’t end there, the surprises continued!
After the proposal, the couple made their way out of the terrace, and to her surprise, they entered the adjoining dining room where she was surprised to be greeted by the cheers of 30 family and friends, who had been secretly invited to join them and celebrate their engagement.
Just before they made their entrance, we discreetly moved all the beautiful fresh flowers from the Terrace and placed them on the restaurants long dining table and window ledges, allowing the beautiful flowers to continue to be enjoyed throughout the celebrations.
The event continued with a sumptuous dining experience, accompanied by carefully chosen fine wines, turning the proposal into an unforgettable long lunch celebration with their nearest and dearest.
