Pros

- In the event that the particular fairy light tree backdrop you had in mind isn’t available on the day, the beautiful riverside parks have many stunning alternative backdrops where we can set up your proposal instead.
Cons
- If privacy is of high importance to you, and you envision proposing in private, it’s worth being aware that fairy light trees are located on public footpaths to be enjoyed by many. We will of course recommend the quieter areas.
- As fairy light trees are not able to be booked through the council for your exclusive use, there is no guarantee the area you envision will be available. It’s possible someone else or a picnic company may already be set up here and being a first in best dressed basis, unlike bookable areas, we are unable to request they move on.
- To make the most of the fairy light tree location, your proposal will need to take place either at sunset or early evening when the lights are on. You wouldn’t get the benefits of the fairy lights for a morning or daytime proposal.

The Perfect Setting: Fairy Lights, Candles, and Flowers
This fairy light tree proposal was so very special. We designed this stunning proposal setting beneath the tree to complement the glowing fairy lights. Adorning the setting with lots of candles, carefully placed at varying heights, alongside dried flower arrangements on elegant plinths. Every detail was thoughtfully planned to create a truly romantic ambiance.
As the couple arrived to maintain the element of surprise, we discreetly watched from afar as they approached the glowing tree. It was clear just how besotted they were with each other, even from a distance we could see the love radiate between them.
Our client dropped to one knee, asking the special question and the moment was nothing short of perfection.
These two were simply adorable, and their happiness was infectious! To ensure these memories would last forever, we assisted our client in booking one of our talented proposal photographers, who captured these stunning photos of the heartfelt moments.
