We can’t get enough of this glamorous gold proposal picnic. When they headed off for a weekend walk through the gardens, Jo wasn’t suspecting that this would be the day that Glenn would propose, so imagine her surprise on arriving to this setting.
We created this glamorous gold proposal picnic setting with our gold geo backdrop, marry me sign, surrounded by a fresh rose petal scatter combined with single rose stems in glass vases.
Being a hot summers day he also added our shade umbrella so they could enjoy the cheese and cold meat platter we ordered for them, in the comfort of the shade.
We planned every detail carefully with Glenn, even providing him with a time lapse video showing him the way to the secret garden where his proposal would be taking place, so he knew exactly where to go and what to expect.
When they arrived outside the lawn, he stopped and asked her to remove her sunglasses and mischievously handed her a blindfold to put on!
Holding hands he led her blindfolded to their romantic garden picnic proposal setting, before assisting her to remove the blindfold, then he got down on one knee and popped the question, asking her to be his wife.
After he proposed, they hugged and he picked her up and sung her around, so there was no doubt her response was a huge YES!
Thankfully Glenn had hired one of our proposal Photographers to capture their very special proposal taking place. So once they were officially engaged they took a seat at the setting and we provided their shade umbrella and nibbles and their Photographer took a few candidly captured and some posed shots for them to always remember this special day.
